With 17 years of HW product development experience, I have led hardware and product teams for both startups and publicly traded global technology companies from concept to mass production. My experience is largely in the medium-volume, high-value medical/consumer/industrial technology space i.e. IoT products, rugged Audio/Video/Computing and the like. Typically, I have worked with hardware-as a-service business models where a device is a sticky component to a subscription or software business.
